Aurelie from the Gold Coast requested ”Food inspired typography“ which was a pretty easy one. I just had to decide on my favourite food. As I already had pasta and pizza requests for other cards, I went for the al fresco dining and in particular, the prosciutto and bocconcini that I cam dot love for lunch every day and I certainly continued eating it for quite some time upon my return.
Aurelie is a typographer so I knew she’d want some twiddly type, so I sketched the word Gusto, which means a healthy and energetic enjoyment of something, especially food. I then cut it from vinyl and masked off a chopping board, then sprinkled some flour. The surrounding decoration was the fun part. I’m surprised there was any bocconcini left for the photo shoot.
